If you would like to sign up for the 2026 season, you must complete the following steps before August 14:

1. Fill out this Google Form.
2. Complete all forms on RankOne, including your physical. Be sure to use this form for your physical.
3. Pay team dues at this link.
4. Join our team on GroupMe (this is for both athletes and parents).
