Sign up for the 2025 Cross Country Season!

The 2025 Season will be starting soon! Follow these steps to get ready for the season:

1. Sign up using this form.
2. Print and take this physical form to a doctor to get your sports physical for next year.
3. When available, complete all 2025-26 forms on RankOne (I'll update this item when the RankOne forms are updated for the 25-26 school year).
4. If you missed our meeting on May 7, please let Coach Dehnke know if you have any questions ([email protected]). Program information has been sent through Remind, and a detailed email will be sent soon.
