Sign up for the 2025 Cross Country Season!

The 2025 Season will be starting soon! Follow these steps to get ready for the season:

Sign up using this form.
Print and take this physical form to a doctor to get your sports physical for next year.
When available, complete all 2025-26 forms on RankOne (I'll update this item when the RankOne forms are updated for the 25-26 school year).
If you missed our meeting on May 7, please let Coach Dehnke know if you have any questions ([email protected]). Program information has been sent through Remind, and a detailed email will be sent soon.

Proper footwear is key to injury-free training...talk to a coach if you need help.
This Runner's World "Shoe Finder" may help you select the right pair for you. It is recommended to try on your first pair of trainers in person!
Another suggestion: get fitted at a local running specialty store (Phidipides, Big Peach, Fleet Feet, etc.)
